Inspired by my grandmother's taco stand in Tijuana and my uncle's successful taco shop in California, I have dedicated my life to bringing the vibrant flavors of Tijuana to Seattle. My journey began with a food truck in California, and despite facing significant challenges, including the COVID-19 pandemic and discrimination, I persevered and established TJ's Street Tacos in Seattle's Capitol Hill.

With over 10 years of hands-on experience in the food industry, I have honed my skills in crafting traditional Mexican street food, managing all aspects of a food business, and delivering exceptional customer service. My background as a probation officer in San Bernardino has provided me with a unique perspective on discipline and management, which I apply to running my business.
